What is Transformational Leadership?
Transformational Leadership brings leaders together to shift their institutions to become more effective, relational, reflective and action oriented through the arts and practices of organizing. With current organizational theory as a framework, Transformational Leadership invites leaders to analyze and build strategies to address the adaptive challenges facing them. Leaders work with teams within their institution and in a collaborative cohort of other leaders locally and regionally to learn, experiment, hold one another accountable and carry through the difficult work of leadership.

Who should participate?
Primary institutional leaders who desire to shift the culture of their organizations using the arts and practices of organizing and are open to working with a team within their institution as well as colleagues doing similar work in their respective institutions will find Transformational Leadership helpful.
