"To identify, explore and address issues, including the ones that confront and fetter ex-convicts, their families, loved ones, and the community at large as stigma, reintegration occurs."

Prison Community Team to Host Introductory Forum
April, 2012. The Prison and Community Action Team plans to host a forum to engage leaders and “newbies” in dialogue regarding criminal justice that reflects our values of human dignity, the capacity of people to change and building safe, healthy communities.
Prison/Community Team Focuses on Minimum Sentencing, Housing, and Work Crews
January, 2012. Representatives of six MACG institutions have been meeting for nine months, talking about the issues of criminal justice that impact people in prison and in the community. The Prison / Community Action Team has narrowed their scope to three areas of focus. Read more here.
