The Sustainable Jobs Action Team researches and acts on opportunities to create living wage jobs while preserving the integrity of our environment.

Currently, the team is offering opportunities to MACG members interested in improving the energy efficiency of their homes and earning donations for their institution through a program entitled Weatherize for Good. Read more here.

The team is also researching equity issues in the weatherization industry.

The Sustainable Jobs Action Team recently wrapped up a successful project entitled Changing the Climate in Cully.  This project has to this date organized almost 70 homes in the NE Portland Cully neighborhood to make energy efficiency improvements.
