Sustainable Jobs Action Team Pinpoints 3 New Directions

Coming off a highly successful home energy improvement outreach campaign last year, the Sustainable Jobs Action Team has targeted three directions for action:
1) Continue outreach for Weatherize for Good in MACG and potential institutions. Read more here.
2) Research into multi-family housing weatherization projects, ensuring equity for workers.
3) Research actions that ensure that public weatherization dollars benefit Oregonians in an equitable manner.
The Changing the Climate in Cully project continues to wrap up, with 68 home energy improvements completed, and more still to be done from last year’s outreach!
When all is said and done, there may be as many as 75 completed retrofits within the community.
