Healthy Kids
An outcome of our work during the 2009 legislative session was to increase access to health care insurance for all kids in the state. We have State trained Application Assisters who will work with
people in individual and confidential meetings to complete the application process for the Healthy Kids Program.
The criteria for applying for this program are:
• Children and Teens must be under 19 years of age
• Must be legal residents and residents of Oregon
• Must not have had insurance for the past two months (although there are exceptions to this criteria)

Print and post the flyer and spread the word about this program. We encourage you to talk with your friends. Our goal is to enroll as many children as we can.
