In the next 2 ½ years the Sound and Spokane Alliances plan to engage over 6,000 people in coming to collective judgments about what we want for residents of our state, what role of government should play in making that happen and what citizens must do on their own accord and in providing the necessary policy infrastructure and financing to make it happen.
